We will resolve your issue promptly.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p><h2><strong>R\u00fcckgabe aus Deutschland, EU-L\u00e4ndern, der Schweiz und Norwegen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>For orders from EU countries, from Switzerland and Norway, the customer may return or exchange most new and unworn items within 14 days of receipt of package for a full refund.<\/p>\n\n<p>The postage for the delivery will not be refunded. The customer bears the costs for the return. <\/p>\n\n<p><b>Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The customer bears the costs of the return shipment. A full refund will only be made if the return is received by PK Handelswaren GmbH within the return policy window stated.<\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>Within 14 days of delivery, exchanges may be made for items equal to or less than the value of the original purchase price. Apparel will not be refunded or exchanged if washed or worn. The exchange of audio and video media is only possible in original packaging.
